Job Description:

1.       Experienced as Procurement Lead with very good experience in Building projects (Structural), Specification, Cost Effective Techniques and methods of measurement.

2.       Execute biding and procurement management. 

3.       To conduct procurement analysis, supply risk assessments, demand and supply market analysis and vendor / supplier evaluation.

4.       When required, performs in a cross-functional role. Provides guidance and leadership to cross-functional team members.

5.       To manage complex and highly diverse contract information by- means of control of purchasing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring delivery schedules are met.

6.       To establish guidelines for techno-commercial rating of vendors.

7.       Preparing comparative statements and issuing orders of materials in consultation with SCM Head, based on Quotations received.

8.       Drafting and review of purchase / work order terms as per instructions.

9.       Invoice processing and coordination with accounts for payments.

10.   Coordination with store and site engineers for ensuring timely delivery and quality checking.

11.   Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for supply, potential price increase, suppliers conditions.

12.   Establish, maintain and control QA and quality standards in accordance with responsibilities.

Executive - HR

Job Description:

1.       Responsible for End to End recruitment across all levels using various sources like: Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Freelancer Vendors, etc.

2.       Issue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Employee Data Maintenance, Conducting Induction / Orientation

3.       Conducting Trainings, Employee Engagement Activities

4.       Coordination with Site employees.

5.       Should have handled complete Payroll Process (Inputs to disbursement) including online submission of PF, ESI etc.

6.       Adhering to Statutory Compliance Norms

7.       Preparation of Monthly HR-MIS

8.       Full & Final Settlement of separated Employees

 

The Ideal Candidate should have:

•         Should be MBA / PGDHRM with minimum 4+ years’ of experience handling similar profile (preferably from Construction Industry)

•         Sound Knowledge of HR functions like: Recruitment, Training, PMS, Policy Formulation, Statutory Compliances, MIS etc.

•         Should have excellent communication and coordination

•         Should be good at Computers (using advance Excel)
