1. Responsible for End to End recruitment across all levels using various sources like Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Freelancer Vendors, etc.
2. Issue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Employee Data Maintenance
3. Coordination with Site employees.
4. Should have handled complete Payroll Process (Inputs to disbursement) including online submission of PF, ESI
5. Adhering to Statutory Compliance Norms
6. Preparation of Monthly HR-MIS
7. Full & Final Settlement of separated Employees
The Ideal Candidate should have:
1. Should be MBA / PGDHRM with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar profile (preferably from Construction Industry) and must have handled similar role for at least 2 to 3 years
2. Sound Knowledge of HR functions like: Recruitment, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Payroll, Various Legal
Challan, Forms, Returns, MIS etc.
3. Should be good at communication and coordination
4. Should be good at Computers (advance Excel)
